Applications and Submissions

Interested applicants may email NParks_LEAF@nparks.gov.sg for more information on the submission. The certification cycle is biennial (once every 2 years). The next round of applications will open 1 October 2024 and close 16 Jan 2025.

A. Submit the application form, the following documents and other relevant documents to support the assessment:
  1. LEAF Application Form
  2. Self-assessment Form:

  1. Presentation Template:
 
B. For New Projects: Layout Plans of Development, Softscape Plan, Topographical plan of site, Copy of Development Control (DC) approval and other relevant planning approvals and Maintenance and Operations Plans.
 
C. For Existing Projects: Layout Plans of Development, Softscape Plan, Maintenance and Operations Plans, Inspection Reports.
 
D. Applicants will present to a team of assessors via an online presentation session. A physical site walk at the development with the assessors will also be arranged.
 
E. Applicants can expect to be notified of the outcome via email.
