CUGE’s revised policy on Course Withdrawal and Replacement

CUGE’s revised policy on Course Withdrawal and Replacement

Please be informed that CUGE will be revising our policy on Course Withdrawal and Replacement to ensure better utilization of training places.

With effect from 1st April 2025, any course withdrawal request must be submitted to CUGE at least 14 calendar days before the course start date, to qualify for full course fee refund.

For any learner replacement request related to Non-WSQ Courses, it must be submitted at least 14 calendar days before course start date. Please note that there will be no replacement for WSQ Courses due to SSG’s course subsidy requirements – we will require a withdrawal request followed by new registration.

CUGE will be using nparks_cuge_training_enquiries@nparks.gov.sg  as our default email for any training enquiries, with effect from 1st April 2024.

This will replace our existing email ask_cuge@nparks.gov.sg which will cease on the same date.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any training related enquiries.
